1. Commitment

AN9 L.L.C. is committed to preventing modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labor, and sexual exploitation in all aspects of its operations. AN9 L.L.C. has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery or human trafficking and expects all business partners, contractors, and content producers to uphold the same standards.

2. Scope

This policy applies to AN9 L.L.C., its platform an9tv.com, and all parties with whom AN9 L.L.C. maintains a business relationship, including Tsan Motion Picture Ltd. and any contracted performers or service providers.

3. Definitions

Modern Slavery: Encompasses slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labor, and human trafficking.
Human Trafficking: The recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring, or receipt of persons by means of threat, force, coercion, abduction, fraud, or deception for the purpose of exploitation.
Sexual Exploitation: Includes forcing or coercing an individual into sexual acts, including the production of sexual content.

4. Prevention Measures

All performers appearing in content on an9tv.com are employees or contracted individuals of Tsan Motion Picture Ltd. All participation is voluntary and compensated on terms freely negotiated prior to any production.
No performer is subject to debt bondage, document confiscation, threats, coercion, or any form of psychological or physical pressure.
All performers provide written, signed consent — including a Model Release & § 2257 Consent Agreement — prior to filming. A blank template of this agreement is available at an9tv.com/model-release.html.
All performers are verified as adults (18 years of age or older) via government-issued photo identification prior to any filming, in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
Any performer may withdraw their consent and request removal of their content at any time pursuant to the Content Removal & Takedown Policy. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
AN9 L.L.C. and Tsan Motion Picture Ltd. do not use third-party recruiters or agencies that may engage in exploitative practices.
All content on an9tv.com is produced exclusively by Tsan Motion Picture Ltd. at a controlled production facility. No content is sourced from third-party creators, platforms, or the public.
AN9 L.L.C. strictly prohibits any content depicting, glorifying, or facilitating human trafficking, slavery, coercion, or any form of sexual exploitation.
AN9 L.L.C. displays the National Human Trafficking Hotline (1-888-373-7888) in its Terms of Service and makes this policy publicly accessible without login or payment.

5. Due Diligence

AN9 L.L.C. conducts due diligence on all business partners and content producers to assess the risk of modern slavery.
Any business partner found to be engaged in modern slavery or human trafficking will have their relationship with AN9 L.L.C. terminated immediately.
AN9 L.L.C. cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations related to human trafficking or modern slavery.

5a. Content and Identity Verification Controls

AN9 L.L.C. and Tsan Motion Picture Ltd. apply the following verification controls to every production:

Identity verification: Every performer presents a valid government-issued photo identification document (national ID card or passport) to Tsan Motion Picture Ltd. before filming begins. The document is inspected in person, copied, and retained by the Custodian of Records.
Age verification: The date of birth on the identification document is verified to confirm that the performer is at least 18 years of age on the date of filming. No content is produced with any performer whose age cannot be confirmed to be 18 or older.
Written consent: A signed Model Release & § 2257 Consent Agreement (see blank template) is executed before filming for every performer in every production. This document records the performer's voluntary consent to filming, distribution, and publication on an9tv.com.
Pre-publication review: AN9 L.L.C. management reviews all content prior to publication to confirm that complete, valid documentation exists for every performer depicted.
Record retention: All performer records are maintained by the Custodian of Records, Zi-Xiang Lin at Tsan Motion Picture Ltd., Taipei, Taiwan, and are available for inspection as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257(c). See the full § 2257 Compliance Statement.

6. Reporting

Any person who suspects modern slavery or human trafficking in connection with AN9 L.L.C.'s operations or platform is encouraged to report it immediately to:

7. Training & Awareness

AN9 L.L.C. management is trained to recognize the signs of modern slavery and human trafficking, and to take immediate action in accordance with this policy and the Law Enforcement Contact Procedure.

8. Review

This policy is reviewed annually by AN9 L.L.C. management and updated as required by changes in applicable law or business operations.
