CSAM Prevention Policy

1. Zero Tolerance Policy
AN9 L.L.C. maintains a strict, absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any content that sexually exploits, depicts, or endangers minors. This policy applies to all content published, distributed, or accessible on an9tv.com without exception.
2. Definition
For the purposes of this policy, CSAM includes any visual depiction — whether photograph, video, digital image, or computer-generated image — of a minor (any person under 18 years of age) engaged in sexually explicit conduct, as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2256.
3. Prevention Measures
- All performers appearing on an9tv.com are verified to be 18 years of age or older prior to any filming, using government-issued photo identification.
- Copies of all performer identification documents are maintained on file by Tsan Motion Picture Ltd. in strict compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
- All content is exclusively produced by Tsan Motion Picture Ltd. at a company-owned, controlled studio facility. No user-generated or third-party content is permitted on the platform.
- All content is reviewed by AN9 L.L.C. management prior to publication to ensure compliance with all age verification and content standards.
- The platform employs IP geolocation filtering and age gate declarations to restrict platform access.
- Prohibited words and tags associated with minors are actively monitored and blocked from all content metadata.
4. Detection & Reporting Procedures
- AN9 L.L.C. has designated Zi-Xiang Lin (contact@an9llc.com) as the responsible officer for CSAM detection and reporting.
- Any content suspected of constituting CSAM is immediately removed from the platform pending investigation.
- AN9 L.L.C. will report any discovered or suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at www.cybertipline.org, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
- AN9 L.L.C. will cooperate fully and immediately with law enforcement agencies, including the FBI and local authorities, in any investigation related to CSAM.
- AN9 L.L.C. will preserve all relevant evidence and records related to any CSAM report for law enforcement review.
5. Consequences of Violation
Any individual found to have produced, uploaded, distributed, or facilitated CSAM through the AN9 L.L.C. platform will be immediately reported to law enforcement. AN9 L.L.C. will terminate all business relationships with any party found to be involved in CSAM without notice.
