Complaints & Content Removal
Last updated: April 2026
AN9TV takes all complaints seriously. We are committed to ensuring that our platform does not host illegal, non-consensual, or rule-violating content. If you encounter content that you believe violates our policies or applicable law, we encourage you to file a complaint using the process described below.
You do not need to create an account or make any payment to file a complaint.
How to File a Complaint
You may submit a complaint through any of the following channels:
- Online form: Complete and submit the form at the bottom of this page.
- Email: Send a detailed description of your complaint, including the URL(s) of the content in question, to contact@an9llc.com.
No login or payment is required to file a complaint through either channel.
Complaint Process
Upon receiving a complaint, AN9TV will:
- Review all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
- Remove any content that is clearly illegal immediately upon identification and report such content to our payment processor and relevant authorities as required by law.
- Respond to all complaints with an explanation of the action taken, regardless of outcome.
- Allow content to remain accessible during the investigation unless it is clearly illegal or violates our Terms of Service on its face.
Consent & Appeal
If a person depicted in content on our platform believes that their consent was not properly obtained prior to publication, they have the right to file a complaint under this policy.
- If consent documentation cannot be established to our satisfaction, the content will be taken down immediately pending further review.
- If consent is disputed between parties, the disagreement will be referred to a neutral third-party body for resolution at the merchant's expense.
- Any person whose complaint results in content removal may appeal the decision by contacting us at the email address below.
Complaint Outcomes
Upon completion of review, AN9 L.L.C. will notify the complainant in writing. The outcome will fall into one of the following categories:
- Content Removed: The content has been permanently removed from an9tv.com because it was determined to be illegal, non-consensual, in violation of our policies, or consent could not be confirmed. Where required by law, the matter has been or will be reported to relevant authorities (including NCMEC for CSAM).
- Content Retained — Reason Provided: The content has been reviewed and determined to comply with applicable law and our policies. We have provided a written explanation of the basis for this determination.
- Referred to Neutral Arbitration: Where consent or compliance is genuinely disputed, the matter has been referred to a neutral third-party body for resolution. Content has been temporarily removed from public access pending the outcome. All arbitration costs are borne by AN9 L.L.C.
- Contributor / Performer Action: Where the complaint relates to the conduct of an individual involved in production, the matter has been escalated internally and may result in termination of any business relationship, permanent ban from future productions, and/or referral to law enforcement.
- Reported to Authorities: Where the content or conduct described in the complaint constitutes or may constitute a criminal offense (including but not limited to CSAM, human trafficking, or fraud), AN9 L.L.C. has reported or will report the matter to appropriate law enforcement and/or regulatory authorities, including NCMEC and the FBI.
