Law Enforcement Contact Procedure

1. Purpose
This procedure establishes the steps AN9 L.L.C. will take when contacted by, or required to contact, law enforcement agencies in connection with content or activities on an9tv.com.
2. Designated Compliance Officer

3. Responding to Law Enforcement Requests
- Upon receipt of a law enforcement inquiry, subpoena, court order, or search warrant, AN9 L.L.C. will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
- AN9 L.L.C. will comply fully with all valid legal process issued by competent authorities.
- AN9 L.L.C. will preserve all requested records, data, and evidence immediately upon receipt of a legal hold or law enforcement request.
- AN9 L.L.C. will provide requested information within the timeframe specified in the legal process, or as otherwise directed by law enforcement.
- AN9 L.L.C. will not disclose the existence of a law enforcement investigation to any third party unless legally permitted or required to do so.
4. Proactive Reporting to Law Enforcement
AN9 L.L.C. will proactively contact law enforcement in the following circumstances:
- Discovery of any content constituting or suspected to constitute CSAM — reported immediately to NCMEC CyberTipline (www.cybertipline.org) and the FBI (tips.fbi.gov).
- Discovery of evidence of human trafficking, sexual coercion, or exploitation involving platform content or users.
- Any credible threat of harm to a person identified through platform activity.
- Any fraudulent activity that may constitute a federal or state crime.

6. Records
AN9 L.L.C. maintains a log of all law enforcement contacts, requests received, and actions taken. Records are retained for a minimum of 7 years.
