Customer Terms and Conditions

Before completing transactions, users must read and agree to these terms. By applying for access to an9tv.com services, subscribers agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement will take effect when a username and password is issued to subscriber by an9tv.com.

The company reserves rights to change pricing, website content, and Terms and Conditions at any time. Subscriber continued use following posting of changes constitutes acceptance.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Subscriber and Company regarding Subscribers' use of an9tv.com. The agreement shall be construed under applicable law. United Nations Convention application is expressly excluded.

Notifications and Messages

an9tv.com notifies subscribers through email or general site postings regarding promotions, special offers, and other information about an9tv.com. By requesting membership, users consent to receiving notices from an9tv.com and affiliated websites.

Communications may be made via email or support tickets. Email address submission indicates consent to receive notifications and promotional materials from the Company and partners. Users can opt-out using links in promotional emails.

Agreement to View Adult Material

an9tv.com is designed and intended SOLELY for ADULTS — people who are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. Materials include graphic visual depictions and descriptions of nudity and sexual activity unsuitable for minors.

Members affirm:

Being of legal age to view adult content
Not permitting underage access to this website
Understanding exposure to sexually explicit content
Personal consent to view such materials
Understanding community standards regarding such content

Automatic Renewal

All subscription plans are automatically renewed. Your payment method on file will be charged at the applicable subscription rate at the end of each billing period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Renewal Notice: We will send you an email reminder before your renewal date

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

Log in → My Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access until your paid period expires. For billing inquiries or to request a refund, please contact our payment processor CCBill at https://support.ccbill.com/.

Refund Policy

Service Availability for Existing Subscribers

From time to time we may schedule new-signup windows (i.e., periods during which new subscriptions cannot be initiated) for operational or regulatory reasons. Such windows apply only to the purchase of new subscriptions and do not interrupt content access for existing paid subscribers. Your paid membership remains fully active and uninterrupted for the entire billing period you have paid for, regardless of any new-signup window in effect.

AN9 L.L.C. reserves the right to terminate or suspend service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Membership Plans

By subscribing to a membership plan you will acquire access to the content available to members. Content availability may change without notice.

Third-party payment providers process transactions; an9tv.com retains no payment information.

Reporting Abuse and Illegal Content

The use of any illegal or non-consensual content is strictly prohibited. Users encountering such content should report via our contact channels. Your complaint will be strictly confidential and will be handled in accordance with our complaints policy. AN9 L.L.C. maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against CSAM — see our CSAM Prevention Policy for details.

User ID and Password

Each Subscriber must keep his or her password strictly confidential. an9tv.com will not release passwords for any reason. Unauthorized access violates the agreement and law.

Truthfulness of Information Provided

Users represent that provided information is complete, truthful and accurate. Memberships cannot be assigned or transferred. Users must promptly inform an9tv.com of:

Payment method changes
Address changes
Security breaches (lost or stolen passwords)

This site may contain external links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by us. Such links do not imply approval. an9tv.com assumes no responsibility for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices. Users acknowledge that an9tv.com is not responsible for damages from third-party website use.

Prohibited Actions

Users shall not:

Crack the anti-copy code of any data owned or held by an9tv.com
Use material for purposes other than private personal use
Cause losses or damages to an9tv.com or third parties
Violate community standards regarding sexually-oriented media
Obstruct internet connection utilization
Engage in actions deemed improper by an9tv.com
Remove, obscure, circumvent, or otherwise defeat the account-linked watermark overlays displayed during premium video playback. These watermarks are a security measure that an9tv.com employs to deter unauthorized distribution of licensed content and to enable attribution in the event of a suspected copyright violation.
Record, capture, or reproduce premium video content in any form — including but not limited to screen recording, camera capture, or any other method — and distribute, publish, upload, or share such recordings on any platform or medium, whether public or private.

Except for public domain material, all material displayed on the service is copyrighted and may not be copied, redistributed or downloaded, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of an9tv.com. The material on the service is for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of subscribers only.

Account-Linked Content Identification

When accessing premium content, an abbreviated account identifier (derived from your account ID and email address) may be displayed as an overlay on the video playback interface. This identifier is visible only to you during your session and serves exclusively as a content-security and copyright-attribution measure. You acknowledge that:

The overlay is a condition of your subscription and access to premium content;
Any attempt to remove, defeat, or circumvent this overlay — including via browser developer tools, browser extensions, or any other means — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in suspension or termination of your subscription (any billing or refund questions are handled by CCBill on a case-by-case basis);
If you create any recording of premium content that includes this identifier and distribute it to any third party, you assume full legal responsibility for any privacy or disclosure consequences arising from such distribution; and
an9tv.com reserves the right to use the identifier visible in any leaked or unauthorized recording as evidence in civil or criminal proceedings against the party responsible for the unauthorized distribution.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold an9tv.com and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, partners, contractors and employees harmless from and against any and all claims, expenses, and demands arising from misuse. an9tv.com may control defense of indemnified matters.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. an9tv.com DOES NOT WARRANT THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM AT THE TIMES OR LOCATIONS OF YOUR CHOOSING, THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, an9tv.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES.

Changes to Terms

an9tv.com shall have the right to vary, amend and update these Terms of Service at any time by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the platform confirms agreement with updated terms.
