AN9 L.L.C. (operating an9tv.com) provides a digital Video-On-Demand (VOD) subscription service. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as described in the applicable plan. Billing inquiries and refund requests are handled by our authorized payment processor, CCBill, LLC. To request a refund or dispute a charge, please contact CCBill consumer support directly at https://support.ccbill.com/. Refund eligibility is determined by CCBill on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law and CCBill's consumer policies.
2. Situations Where a Refund May Apply
Situations in which a refund may be appropriate include, but are not limited to:
- Duplicate Billing: If a customer is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a system error.
- Technical Unavailability: If purchased content is severely defective or unavailable for an extended period and our technical support cannot resolve the issue.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a transaction is made through the unauthorized or fraudulent use of a payment method.
The account-linked content security watermark displayed during premium video playback is a disclosed feature of the premium service, as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Dissatisfaction with this disclosed feature does not, by itself, constitute a basis for a billing dispute under CCBill's consumer policies.
3. How to Request a Refund

CCBill processes all billing inquiries and refund requests on behalf of an9tv.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method according to CCBill's processing policies. You may also contact AN9 L.L.C. at [email protected] for assistance escalating a billing matter.

To manage or cancel your subscription, log in to your AN9TV account:
Log in → My Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain full access until your paid period expires.
