Filing a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, an9tv.com has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. an9tv.com may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Where AN9 L.L.C. has reasonable grounds to believe that a subscriber has engaged in unauthorized distribution of premium content — including through screen recording or video capture — AN9 L.L.C. will take action under its Terms of Service, including account termination, and may pursue available civil remedies. Account-linked content identifiers embedded in premium content may be used as evidence in such proceedings.
